My name is Kathy Treadwell.  My husband’s name is Don.   We have been married 38 years.  We have 2 children.  Our daughter, Kari, is married to Jason and they have our granddaughter, Skylar, who will be in K-5 here at KCS.  Our son, Josh, is an Air Force mechanic and now has a job in Greenville rebuilding military planes.

 

I have been teaching for 30 years.  All but 5 of those years have been in Christian education.  After pastoring for over 25 years, my husband also is in Christian education as the computer technician/teacher at Tyler Street Christian Academy.  Being able to teach God’s Word, pray with students, and incorporate God’s principles in all subjects is a joy to me and is so rewarding. 

 

In my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.  I love animals and have several cats and a dog.  This is my second year at KCS.  It is such a blessing to teach here.  I praise the Lord for this place of service.
