Kaufman Christian School

Hello!  My name is Trish King and I am the Music Teacher at KCS.  My great loves are music and children, and I am very thankful that God has allowed me to be a part of the music ministry here at Kaufman Christian School.   I previously taught music in public school for 24 years, and am beginning my eighth year here at KCS.

 

I was born in Dallas and grew up there graduating from W. W. Samuel High School.  My husband, Charles, and I have two sons, Ty and Chad.  Ty, Debbie, Trent (Senior), and Trevor (8th grade), live in Kemp.  Chad, Brice (Junior), and Kenzee (2nd grade) live in the Kemp area also. 

 

Charles is the Minister of Music at First Baptist of Kemp, and I am the pianist.  Music is very important in our family lives.  My hobby consists primarily of my “grandchildren”.  We go to a lot of ballgames, in fact all of their ballgames, and love it.
